The very spacious living room with open, fully equipped kitchen offers access through the sliding doors to a shady Pergola and a spacious sunny garden enclosed with man-sized greenery. Through the living room, you also have access to a particularly large utility room with all the desired appliances, such as a washing machine, dryer and plenty of storage space.

On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom each offer two single beds. There is plenty of cupboard space, a second toilet and a large second bathroom with shower and washbasin combination.
A safety gate for children can be placed at the top of the stairs if desired.

Outside, you can enjoy a barbecue under the Pergola on the stone BBQ and the garden offers all the sun and play you could wish for. The property also has a spacious front garden with parking for 2 cars.
