The large living room with fireplace and open, fully equipped kitchen offers access through sliding doors to a shaded terrace with pergola and sunny, green-enclosed garden. The bedroom also offers access to the pergola and garden through sliding doors.
Outside, adjacent to the pergola, you will find a storage room with washer and dryer. Under the Pergola you can barbecue on the existing stone BBQ and the garden offers all the sun and fun you could wish for.
You can park your car in front of the apartment in a reserved parking space.
