The spacious living room with fireplace and open, fully equipped kitchen offers access through sliding doors to a shaded terrace with pergola and sunny, green-enclosed garden. The bedroom also offers access to the terrace and garden through sliding doors.
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed. The second bedroom offers two more single beds at will. On the spacious landing it is possible to make a third bedroom with a sofa bed. There is plenty of wardrobe space. Upstairs is also a shower room with toilet and washbasin.
A safety gate for children can be installed at the top of the stairs if desired.
Outside, adjacent to the pergola is a storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Under the Pergola you can barbecue on the existing stone BBQ and the garden offers all the sun and fun you could wish for.
