Park Les Marrons will process all personal data provided to it by the Tenant and Co-tenants with care and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
The terms: personal data, processing and supervisory authority are used in accordance with the definition in the General Data Protection Regulation.
Park Les Marrons is responsible for controlling/processing personal data. The Controller is responsible for the correct handling and processing of personal data of Tenants and Co-tenants.
The personal data of Tenants and Co-tenants are processed because this is necessary for the execution of the agreement. If Tenants want to use the service(s) of Park Les Marrons, it is necessary that their personal data are processed so that a stay in the Accommodation can be realized.
The following ordinary personal data will be processed by Park Les Marrons:
- Tenant’s name and address details;
- Name and address details of co-tenants.
- IBAN;
These personal data will only be processed by Park Les Marrons. The personal data will not be provided or shared with third parties or others who are not parties to the Rental Agreement.
The Dutch Data Protection Authority is the supervisory authority when processing personal data. For more information regarding the privacy of the Tenant or Co-Tenant, please contact Park Les Marrons. Reference is also made to the website of the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
