The first floor is furnished with a nice bedroom with an adjustable (headboard and footboard) double bed and a wheelchair-friendly bathroom with toilet. The spacious living room with open, fully equipped kitchen offers access through the sliding doors to a shady Pergola and sunny garden enclosed with man-sized greenery. Through the lovely living room, you also have access to a utility room with all the desired appliances, including a second combi refrigerator, a washer and dryer and storage space.

On the second floor you will find two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed. The second bedroom offers two more single beds and there is a folding bed available. There is plenty of closet space, a second toilet and a large second bathroom.
A child safety gate can be installed at the top of the stairs if desired.

Under the Pergola you can barbecue on the stone BBQ and the garden offers all the sun and play you could wish for.
The home also has a spacious front yard with parking for 2 cars.
