Villa Rose

Rose is a high-class holiday home for 7 people, equipped with all conveniences.

The ground floor is furnished with a wheelchair-friendly bedroom with an adjustable (headboard and footboard) crib, sink wall and direct access to a wheelchair-friendly washroom with open shower and adapted toilet. The bedroom also has its own closet space and a small desk.

The very spacious living room with open, fully equipped kitchen offers access through the sliding doors to a shady Pergola and an adjoining sunny garden enclosed with man-sized greenery. Through the living room you also have access to a particularly large utility room with all the desired appliances, including a washer, dryer, oven and plenty of storage space.

On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed. The second bedroom sleeps 2 or 3 more at will (one of which is a folding bed). There is plenty of closet space, a second toilet and a large second, luxurious bathroom with bathtub, shower and sink combination.
A child safety gate can be installed at the top of the stairs if desired.

Outside: under the Pergola you can barbecue on the stone BBQ and the garden offers all the sun and play you could wish for. The home also has a spacious front yard with parking for 2 cars.
